WHAT is

PCOS?

Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome (PCOS) is one of the most common endocrine disorders found in women, affecting approximately 5-10% of women worldwide, with less than 50% being diagnosed. The syndrome is present throughout the women's life from puberty through post-menopause and affects women of all races and ethnic groups.

Recently Aahna Foundation was appreciated by the

Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, Government of India

for adopting 5 MCGM identified TB Patients to whom monthly Dry Rationing

will be provided by Aahna till the year 2025.

On 17th September, 2022, on account of our collaborative service under

NTEP( National Tuberculosis Elimination Programme) a, PMO initiative,

Aahna Foundation was felicitated by

Hon' Bhagat Singh Koshyari, Governor of Maharashtra, at Raj Bhavan.

I still remember the day I was diagnosed with PCOS like yesterday. At 16 it was scary bomb that I was not prepared for.... PCOS is one of the most common hormonal endocrine disorders in women.
